Auto Parts payment plan 50% / 50% agreement.

This agreement is for purchasing auto part(s) that have been discussed on email, phone or text message. Customer to pay 50% deposit for the process to begin and secure the customers place in line for part(s) manufacturing. The final 50% will be due at the time of completion of the part(s). Once the first deposit is paid, there are no refunds given for any reason since the customization process begins with securing your place in line for the manufacturing of the customers part(s).  Lead Times and Completion Dates are an estimate only and may be revised at any time. Delays can be due to weather, lack of raw material, chroming process, gold plating process, Holidays and more. None of these are foreseen or in the control of American Custom Grilles or WBR American Auto Parts.  Lead times are normally by the month of a year, not weeks to produce.  Item(s) will only ship after final payment is completed, no exceptions.  After the customer is informed of the completion of the part(s) by phone, text message or email, the customer is required to make final payment within 10 business days. After 10 business a 10% storage fee will be added to total amount.  After 30 calendar days from the customer being informed of the completion of their part(s), the part(s) will be considered abandoned and no part(s) or refund will be given unless a time extension is agreed upon by both parties.

By agreeing to these terms, I am purchasing the goods on the payment plan as described in this contract from American Custom Grilles and/or WBR American Auto Parts.
