Standard Shipping & Free shipping offers:

Free shipping and standard shipping is for 48 states of the USA only.
Alaska, Hawaii and ALL International orders including Canada and Mexico are extra.


Additional Shipping:
A separate invoice will be sent by email for the additional the
shipping on all non-48 states USA orders and International orders.
All international orders are restricted to part manufacture guidelines.
Shipping allowed to approved manufacturer locations.

Due to E&G Classics going out of business, all E&G Classics DISCONTINUED orders placed
before the December 30, 2020 deadline will be filled by E&G Classics and will be shipped
direct to customers not by the distributors.

How We Ship
Most orders ship by FedEx. Due to FedEx regulations, oversize & overweight packages may be subject to additional shipping surcharges. Small items may ship
via US Postal but 99% ships FedEx.  Some oversized or overweight items ship by Truck Freight. Call or email if express shipping is desired (2nd day air or
overnight)  Express shipping is not available on drop ship orders unless manufacturers allows for drop shipping.  We often ship from multiple locations
throughout the US to give you better service so parts will occasionally arrive separately.

International Shipping
International Shipping is separate from the parts purchase.  You will receive a separate invoice for the International shipping.
Any customs delays or inspection charges are the buyer responsibility and must be paid within 5 business days.  No refunds on international purchases for any
reason.  International orders must be paid by wire transfer or direct bank deposit.  
Shipping can be as follows:
Door to Door FedEx (depending on the size)
Door to Airport
Door to Sea Port

Methods of Payment
Payments can be made through Master Card, Visa, American Express, cash deposit, bank wire transfer, ZELLE transfers and certified funds.  
*Shipments outside the US must be paid in U.S. Dollars and cannot be shipped COD
(On International orders, Credit cards are accepted up to $299.  $300 or more must be paid by Wire Transfers)
Online pricing does NOT include any international shipping.  You must contact WBR for a shipping quote before purchase.

Store Credits
All Store Credits expire 12 months from date of issue.

Sales Tax
Orders shipped to any Texas address will be charged 8.25% Sales Tax, Unless you are a company and send proof of TAX ID before order is placed.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products (stocking part only) you may return it any time within 30 days of the date of sale for a refund of the
amount paid for the product minus a minimum of 25% for restocking. If a part is a special order or made to order part and purchase is cancelled by the
customer or disputed on their credit card, the customer is responsible for 50% to 100% of the order (depending on the manufacturer policies) since these parts
were made specifically for that customer. The purchaser is responsible for the original shipping to the buyer and the shipping back to WBR. If the product that
was purchased is a non-stocking item the purchaser will be responsible for restocking fees of  50% (dependent on the manufacturer) and the original shipping to
the buyer and the shipping back to WBR or to return product to the manufacturer.  On Special Ordered Parts, Made to Order Parts, Custom Built Parts and
Discontinued Parts, there are no refunds.  If the product is installed, not returned in original packaging or used in any way, it is not able to be returned for a
refund. Any damaged or missing components or manufacturer's documentation will prevent any refund.  Damage must be reported to WBR and the shipping
company within 3 days of delivery.  No refunds for physical defects after 3 days.  Refunds do not include shipping costs. On exchange of defective products,
these parts will be assessed any appropriate re-stocking charge that the manufacturer requires.  If you return a part it is recommended that you insure the
return. Any damage that happens during the return is the purchasers responsibility. Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning
goods.  No refunds will be given if a purchase is refused by the customer or the customer is not available to sign for a purchase.  If purchase is returned to WBR
or a manufacturer for any reason, the purchaser is responsible for the return shipping and reshipping the product.

Fitments of Foreign Based Vehicles
All parts from this website are designed for US based vehicles.  Parts for vehicles built or designed outside the US may not fit properly and may need to be
modified due to differences in non-US built or designed vehicles.  Any and all modifications are the responsibility of the purchaser.  However any installation
or modification of a part makes this part unable to be returned for any refund.  Refunds are only granted on unused, uninstalled parts with all paperwork and
packaging.  Parts purchased outside the US that are returned will have a 50% restocking charge.  Return shipping is also the responsibility of the purchaser.  It
is the purchasers responsibility to make sure that their vehicle design will accept US based parts.  All international shipping to and from the purchaser on
returned parts, is the purchasers responsibility.

Damaged Shipments
All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Obvious damaged packages should be inspected in front of shipper or refused.
If your shipment was delivered damaged by FedEx, please call 1-800-GO-FEDEX and report the damage.
If your damaged shipment was delivered by Truck Freight, please contact the freight carrier at the phone number on the carrier's bill.
After contacting the carrier, please call WBR at 832-886-1677 or email sales@americancustomgrille.com for further assistance with the damaged shipment, and to make
arrangements for a replacement.   

Damage must be reported to WBR within 2 days of the time of delivery to shipping company.
No refunds for not reporting physical damage after 3 days.  There are no exceptions.

Warranties
All parts are covered the Manufacturer's Warranties and/or Guarantees. WBR assumes no responsibility for use or application by the user. WBR is not liable
for any labor, incidental, or any other associated costs related to installation of products even if they are defective.  It is the purchasers responsibility to use the
products in the way the manufacturer intended.  Any alteration of any part voids any applicable warranties.  WBR does not sell any OFF-ROAD only parts with
the intention of the purchaser to use on public roads.  Off-road items are for what they say, off-road. (not to be used on public roads)  All US state and federal
restrictions are the responsibility of the purchaser of the products.


Car Purchases
On all international car purchases,the buyer is responsible for any export fees due to customs inspections.  If buyer does not pay to ship within 30 days, there
will be storage fees for storing the car.  After 90 days the customers car will be relocated for extended storage.  If storage payments are not paid every 3
months, the car will be sold to cover the storage and no refund for any part of the sale will be given.  Not the parts or the car.  Buyers responsible to pay storage
on time.  After 24 months the car is forfeited

Pricing
If any pricing errors occur on this website or the pricing does not match the appropriate part, WBR will try to accommodate your purchase within reason,
otherwise a full refund will be given and online pricing will be corrected.  WBR is not responsible for any pricing online that is incorrect.  Prices are subject to
change without notice.
